Dear Patients and Families,
We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, patients, and associates very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we will practice social distancing. We are temporarily limiting our face-to-face appointments (Office visits) until further notice to protect and care for those who work with us, our patients, and the public.
We will continue our services utilizing Teletherapy and Telepsychiatry services. If you already have an appointment, don't worry. You can still see your Doctor or Therapist remotely using a Computer, Phone, or Tablet (Windows, Apple products, and Android).
Established patients will receive all their Medications electronically to the Pharmacy of choice. For patients without Internet, Phone, or computer access, we will make the necessary arrangements for the provider to communicate with them via phone.
We will miss seeing you in our office, but we're still open online with our regular hours, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., where service remains uninterrupted. You can also find us on our social channels to keep updated.
We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed.
For more information about COVD-19 and what you can do to keep healthy and safe, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at cdc.gov or your local health department's website.
Our staff will be contacting you to provide assistance with Telehealth services. You can also call our office at 239-317-0265 for more information.
Please, it is important to download the Zoom application, available in the apple store or google play, in order to connect to the Telemedicine platform.
